Situated along the Vrishabhavathi Canal in Kengeri, the project presented unique challenges that shaped the approach to site development and execution. Through consistent on-site involvement and technical expertise, the complexities of the soil conditions were successfully addressed. The scope encompassed the development of essential utilities, internal road networks defining plots of varying sizes, and supporting amenities designed to serve the needs of the community.
